After months of walking the streets and riding on boda bodas, deputy RDC for Nakawa, Mpimbaza Hashaka, is now a happy man. His lobbying and appeals to the President’s office have paid off with a new double-cabin pick-up truck. Hashaka, who had complained about thugs raiding his offices and travels on boda boda (his knuckles were once bitten by thugs in a scuffle) has been sighted taking driving skills along the dusty Naguru roads with a red, L (for learner’s) sign strapped on the front and rear ends of the runner.
