KAMPALA— The Judiciary is one magistrate less after the Republic of Seychelles appointed a Grade One magistrate, Duncan Gaswaga, 31, (pictured above) of the Buganda Road Court, to join its judiciary.
He becomes the first expatriate magistrate in the country. He obtained a two-year leave after his appointment recently and left last weekend for Victoria Mahe, the capital of Mahe Islands, the biggest of 115 Island-country, north-east of Madagascar, in the Indian Ocean.
