Mbabazi raps Besigye

KAMPALA - State minister for foreign affairs Amama Mbabazi has criticised presidential candidate Col. Kizza Besigye for the alliance with Al-hajji Nasser Sebaggala whom he referred to as a convict. "I wonder how Besigye and his wife, Winnie Besigye, both self-appointed anti-corruption campaigners, could enter into an alliance with a man convicted of bank fraud," Mbabazi said yesterday. He said Besigye and Sebaggala were strange bedfellows who must be shunned by Ugandans. Ends.
