By Frederick Kiwanuka Presidential candidate Aggrey Awori, has said he will return deposed former president Idi Amin and release all political prisoners in Luzira. "Amin is still a Ugandan. He is entitled to come back and stay home," Awori told the Nubian community in Bombo town on Friday. He said among those he intends to pardon is former Idi Amin aide Abdallah Nassur. Awori said he will force Mr. Yoweri Museveni to stay in Uganda and look after his cows in Rwakitura. "We are not going to allow Museveni out. He must stay here with us," he said. He told a modest gathering that he was going to form a government that will not discriminate against anybody. He said the Museveni government had neglected the Nubian community and promised to help them fight poverty by giving them interest free development loans. He said the current loan schemes were meaningless because they carry high interest rates. He promised free secondary school education and pledged to construct vocational institutions to absorb the many pupils who complete primary seven. He promised to provide tap water to all households and construct factories which he said will provide jobs. He said he will save the money being spent in the Congo by calling the soldiers back and using the money to provide better health services. Ends
