By Livingstone Ssempijja BUSINESS came to a standstill in Banda Triangle, Wandegeya, when two lovers clashed over beer. It happen on Monday evening when Kabanda, from Mulago, found Pauline, his girlfriend, taking beer while seated between the legs of an unidentified man. Kabanda, fuming with anger, pulled Pauline up and started beating her. The other man took off. The New Vision talked to Kabanda, who was then holding Pauline tightly. He said it was Pauline who enticed him into love. However, he being a Muslim, they made an agreement on two issues. Despite Pauline's Catholic background, she was not to take alcohol. They also agreed not to cheat on each other. This day she had broken her part of the deal. Kabanda went on to undress Pauline, taking her blouse, a watch and shoes. He said he had bought them for her when he was still in love and darkness. Pauline was left in her stretcher jeans and also barefooted. Ends
