KAMPALA - The city council health department yesterday launched a child nutrition and health fair for parents at Nsambya Police barracks.

KAMPALA - The city council health department yesterday launched a child nutrition and health fair for parents at Nsambya Police barracks. The fair, the first of 19 others to be held in various parts of the city, is part of a wider campaign to educate mothers about infant nourishment and prevention of malnutrition. Dr. C. Mubiru, the city director health services, told the parents that most children become stunted and die due to poor feeding methods in the first two years of their lives. Ends
