Errant MPs!

SIR-I have noted with concern the lack of quorum whenever Parliament sits. I request that, the names of those absent be published in the press after every session so that we can know who represents his people and who does not. Also publish the constituency he represents against his or her name. This will reduce absenteeism and we are ready to ask them when they come to campaign. Roy Kagoro Fort Portal
