UEB must do something

SIR-I have not received a bill for the power to my house for five years, although I keep paying in installments every month. What kind of billing computers does UEB that fail to read a customer's meter and account number? If you request to close your account, they take more than a year to give you your money and moreover in installments. They claim that savings was not done in one month. We contribute shares but they do not give dividends. They do not give interest on savings and yet when you ask for a loan, they deduct the interest before they give you the money. When you ask for a loan, it takes them over six months to give it to you but less than what you asked for. Name withheld on request
