SIR-I am writing to complain to the IGG on behalf of grade Two magistrates in Gulu district about the delay in payment of our arrears. Over 40 magistrates have been not paid their arrears for the above Financial years respectively of sh8m each. Some of them were paid half of the arrears and others were not paid for 1999. Several times, we have been told that the money would be paid, but all in vain. Is it the High Court or the public service ministry causing it? But the question is why were others paid?
