KANUNGU - The district has banned night processions, a statement from the deputy RDC, Samuel Alimundabira, said yesterday. Alimundabira said day processions would also require police clearance as provided for in the Police Statute of 1994. He warned parliamentary candidates and their supporters against violating the directive lest they are arrested. He said the measure would stop the rampant hooliganism. Ends
