Power like gold in Mityana!

SIR-I tell that applying for electricity connection in Mityana is like buying gold.
SIR-I tell that applying for electricity connection in Mityana is like buying gold.
On May 3 this year,
I applied for power in the Mityana office.
I was told to pay sh30,000
as a survey fee and then hire
a vehicle to the cite which at Masuliita cost me sh40,000
after negotiation.
I was then told to pay
sh60,000 for "a wiring
certificate".
Then I was told to pay sh150,000 for the service.
Since I wanted power
within two weeks, I was
told that the procedure was long and I would be delayed
and I was advised to
purchase all materials
locally from the office which
amounted to sh75,000.
On totalling it all up, I
could not really manage it
and to make my children's
baptism party successful,
I rushed to hire a generator.
So I promised to go back
in kind which they accepted
but I will never go back again.
So the question is: Who is
to correct this: the
Inspector General of Government or the new
company?
