Ethics and integrity minister, do something please!

SIR-Can Hon Miria Matembe please help us and do something about Shadow's Angels. They are ashaming us as women. All of us need money and some of us are in dire need; but what the Shadows Angels are doing is just too much. Hope Mbabazi Mbarara
