Not cheats!

SIR—I refer to Ali Mao’s article "URA cautions MTN” in The New Vision last Wednesday page 9. The failure affected Lira and Gulu. The fault was traced back to a link failure between Soroti and Alanyi transmission site. The technical team solved the problem and restored the service. MTN is not cheating any customer as claimed.
