KAYUNGA — The district chairman, Engineer Steven Dagada, recently appointed the LC5 secretary for technical services, Abubaker Wasswa, the new district vice-chairman. Dagada also named the Galiraya sub-county councillor, Amir Kalema, secretary for education and production. The district council recently approved the nominees. Wasswa replaces Sulaiman Madada who won the Bbaale County parliamentary seat.
