400 abducted

BUNDIBUGYO — At least 400 children have been abducted by the ADF rebels in the district “Children have carried the burden of the ADF conflict, many of them are abducted and forced to carry heavy luggage for the rebels. Others are forced to marry,” the district vice-chairman, Edward Mumbere, said. He said this while addressing guests at the district celebrations to mark the African Child Day at Boma grounds last week. He said children faced many family problem.
