Freshers gala

NKRUMAH Hall continued to show that they are a force to reckon with when they won the Makerere University Kampala Freshers’ Inter hall competitions on Sunday at the main sports ground. The defending champions beat minnows Livingstone Hall 1-0 in the final to win the title. Andrew Opata scored the only goal of the game to ensure his side wins the two-day tournament. Nkrumah Hall also added another title to their collection when they won the athletics competitions. Opata was the hero again as he ran the day’s fastest time of 11:22sec in 100m. ends
