KABAROLE — The Resident District Commissioner, Mr. Deo Nsereko, recently blamed the district civil servants for arriving late for work.
KABAROLE — The Resident District Commissioner, Mr. Deo Nsereko, recently blamed the district civil servants for arriving late for work. He said he had observed that government offices at the Booma complex were usually still closed at 9:00am.
