YUMBE — The district local government has called upon the Minsiter of Local Government, Jaberi Bidandi Ssali, to intervene in a dispute over assets meant to be shared with Arua district. District authorities accused the Arua district authorities of refusing to hand over a pick-up and two motor cycles to facilitate their work.
