SOROTI – Nineteen air- force engineers have graduated at the East African Civil Aviation Academy.
SOROTI – Nineteen air- force engineers have graduated at the East African Civil Aviation Academy. Lt. Col. Vincent Levy Mugyenyi, the deputy commander Entebbe Air base, presided over the event. He asked the graduands to attain all professionalism required to become a good pilot. Mugyenyi urged them to go back to serve in the army and obey orders.
