The Chairman of the Arua Community Association Joseph Etima, has said Christ the King Church in Arua has donated sh700m for the construction of primary schools.

By James Odomel The Chairman of the Arua Community Association Joseph Etima, has said Christ the King Church in Arua has donated sh700m for the construction of primary schools. Etima, who is also the commissioner of Prisons said this was to boost the quality of education in the area. “If one took the statistics of the education facilities in the whole region, you realise that there is a necessity for education expansion,” he said. He decried parents who take their children to schools to Kampala schools. The Education Secretary for Arua diocese, Leo Ichille, said development in West Nile was slow. Ends
