Wanjusi Wasieba, former state minister for Works, Housing and Communication was sighted by our scout scrambling for a Bweyogerere-bound taxi at about 7:00pm with the rest of the lay people. Wasieba was coming from the National Conference at the International Conference Centre, recently. While his fellow Movement 'big wigs' jumped into their sleek Pajeros, he was rushing for bisatu bisatu. Could it be that the erstwhile minister's fall from government meant a fall from financial grace? Or perhaps the honourable's car was in the garage for some minor repairs? Either way, the scouts felt really bad about this taxi thing. Ends.
