In-laws' meat embarrasses greedy woman

By Maria Murore A woman in Nateete was embarrassed before her in-laws, when she choked on a piece of stolen meat. The woman, Seforosa (not her real name), was serving her in-laws at a wedding party. The in-laws who were seated at the high table, were supposed to be served before the other guests. Choice pieces of meat were piled high on their plates and given to Seforosa to serve. On the way, Seforosa could not resist the temptation to eat a piece of meat. After all, no one was looking. She quickly threw a piece of meat into her mouth. She tried to swallow it but choked. Seforosa coughed until she collapsed to the ground. A small group of people gathered around. They started fanning her thinking she had fainted from exhaustion. A relative who knew Seforosa better, thumped her hard on the back. Her relatives looked away in shame when a chunk of meat shot out of her mouth. This happened in the presence of some in-laws who had come to give a hand. Ends.
