It seems most employers like less qualified workers who can accept to work for pea-nuts and leave those with better qualifications. Aren’t there rules to ensure all graduates are taken on?

These are the kind of companies that one should be careful about. It is also impossible to set standards that can accommodate all graduates since they have different qualifications.

There are those with higher qualifications, while others have lower ones. This definitely shows that they cannot be treated the same way.
Remember, job-hunting is not all about qualifications, but the way you can express yourself and what you intend to do once given the job.
