REMEMBER George Lubega, aka Exodus, the guy who rocked Kampala with his debut song Ganjaman? Well, the guy has been quiet for some time and many thought he was cash-strapped.
REMEMBER George Lubega, aka Exodus, the guy who rocked Kampala with his debut song Ganjaman? Well, the guy has been quiet for some time and many thought he was cash-strapped.
We have now learnt that Exodus is minting lots of money. He works as an ambassador and creative director at the Irene Gleeson Foundation, a Kitgum-based NGO. His job includes rehabilitating former child soldiers and holding fundraising concerts.
Snoops have discovered that after many concerts abroad, Exodus has, in the past few months, built a house in Kabuusu and added a luxury VW Cabrio Convertible to his fleet of vehicles, which include a Landcruiser Prado and a Toyota Regius.
Now the NGO has organised 70 concerts across the US and Australia. We hear he is being paid about $150,000 (about sh375m) for this.
