THE education minister, Jessica Alupo, will today introduce her long-time fiancee, Lt. Innocent Tukashabe to her parents in in Katakwi, before shifting her focus to a church wedding in Kampala later.

THE education minister, Jessica Alupo, will today introduce her long-time fiancee, Lt. Innocent Tukashabe to her parents in in Katakwi, before shifting her focus to a church wedding in Kampala later.
Alupo is a retired army officer and also the Woman MP for Katakwi district.
The minister will also use the function to celebrate her appointment as the education minister. She has selected a delegation of over 50 guests from Kampala, including ministers, for the function. The entourage was booked at the Karamoja Diocese Guest house, which is in the vicinity of the introduction ceremony.
The wedding meetings are already taking place in Kitante.
