In just the same way demonstrations cannot be held at the Constitution Square because of the disruption they cause, this highly sensitive but disruptive trial should be held at the Supreme Court premises in Kololo.

The Supreme Court should facilitate Justice Owiny Dollo with a court room and the Police can seal off upper Kololo Terrrace at the two points before the court. That would cause little to no disruption to the public.

Such disruption is why it is recommended that rallies should not be held in the city centre.
