On Wednesday, senior state attorney Lilian Omara requested court for one week to make a reply on Kamoga's bail application.
The group recently petitioned the same court challenging their conviction and sentence
Fellow convicts Yusuf Kakande and Abdulsalam Sekayanja alias Kassim Mulumba will serve 30 years in jail each
The judgment had earlier been expected in the morning, before it was extended some hours ahead.
The suspects, who include the Tabliq leader Amir Ummah Sheikh Muhammad Yunus Kamoga, have been on trial since June 2016.
In their unanimous opinion, the three assessors said prosecution failed to prove many ingredients of the case
The 14 accused are battling four counts
The jailed group is part of the Nakasero Tabliq section.
The state produced a total of 36 witnesses
