All is set for President Yoweri Museveni to return nomination forms to the National Resistance Movement Electoral Commission for the position of party chairman and presidential flagbearer in the 2021 general elections.
The NRM EC chairperson, Dr Tanga Odoi, said so far Museveni is the only one who had picked forms and paid the nomination fees of sh10m. Today he returns the forms to be nominated.
