What is between you and singer Dizzy Nuts?
You remind me of reverends’ obvious questions. We are the hottest couple in town!
Does he meet your qualities of a good husband?
Yes, he does. He is caring, principled and not violent!
How did you meet?
In the UK. He came for the Music of the Black Origins (MOBO) Awards together with Bebe Cool. We were introduced to each other by friends and then somehow the love developed.
Was it a crush or love at first sight?
It was not love at first sight. We first socialised for sometime.
You are far apart; how do you manage to keep it burning?
It is not easy maintaining a long distance relationship. It takes a lot of love and commitment. You make sure you communicate regularly and that is what we are doing. We usually meet when I get holidays.
Were you not engaged to some Mzungu?
It did not work out. We tried hard and failed. He even came to Uganda, but still, it failed to move. I love working with whites, but when it comes to love, I have failed. I have two children; a boy and girl and since he was a single father, he did not find any problem with it.
I thought with money, love becomes easier...
Love is love and money is money; when you mix the two, you are doomed! If someone does not have money, we stay intimate because with time, anyone can become a millionaire!
What do you think causes infidelity?
When love becomes boring and couples begin to look outside. There is need for regular spicing, like
remembering each other’s birthday, going out together and buying surprise presents for each other.
What has love taught you?
To be honest, caring, obedient and strong enough to take all obstacles that come.
What does it take to date super girls?
You need to believe in yourself. Otherwise, they can tell fake from genuine. They can tell when a man is lying.
