SIR â€” Can someone in Umeme explain what is going on with their billing system? I pay my bills on time but every new bill has a higher figure than the one before, despite the fact that I havenâ€™t installed any new electrical appliances in my residence.
I am using Umeme only for lighting (with energy-savers), cooling (fridge) and ironing. They should explain what is happening.
