Printing of Graduated tax tickets and general supply of stationery 2. Supply of fuel and lubricants 3. Supply of school desks 4. Electrical installations 5.Rehabilitation of roads: Lubaga Road 1.2 km Busoga Place 0.32 km Temple Road 0.7 km 6. Construction of Babubhai drainage channel 0.18km 7. Construction of garbage collection sites. CONDITIONS OF TENDER The following information should be clearly indicated: a) Name and full address of bidder b) Type of entity - details of Registration if it is a limited liability company. c) Income tax reference No. d) Attach certified copies of the following where applicable: 1. Income tax clearance for 2001 2. Certificate of registration 3. Trading licence for 2001 4. A photocopy of 2001/2002 Graduated tax ticket 5. Memorandum and Articles of Association e) Evidence of previous works/contracts executed f) Bids are obtainable from the Secretary, Urban Tender Board upon payment of a non refundable fee of Shs 50,000 for Items 1, 2 & 5 and 30,000/= for items 3, 4, 6 & 7 to the Council Cashier and a photocopy of the receipt should be attached to the application. g) Bids should be submitted not later than 24th January, 2002 at 10.00 a.m. Opening of bids will be on the same date at 10.10 a.m. Bidders or their representatives who wish to attend are invited.
