The family of the late Ivan Ssemwanga is ‘searching’ for the whereabouts of his will to guide them on how to manage his estate.
According to a source in the family, there's fear that the will might be altered in favour of his ex-wife Zari Hassan and her three children.
The family led by Ssemwanga’s uncle, Herbert Luyinda, is set to hold a meeting to forge a way forward on how Ssemwanga’s 30 schools in South Africa are to be managed.
Ssemwanga owned a hostel on Sir Apollo Kaggwa Road in Kampala and other assets in South Africa.
According to a source, Zari will be invited to attend.
Ssemwanga, 40, former president of a socialite group, rich gang, died last week from a South African Hospital where he was undergoing treatment. He was laid to rest on Tuesday at his ancestral home in Kayunga.
