Uganda Cranes in Tunis for friendly match

Uganda Cranes is scheduled to play friendly matches against Tunisia, Slovakia and Ivory Coast before flying to Gabon

Amidst speculation that the Uganda Cranes would not honour theiur firnedly matches, the contingent led by FUFA Executive committee member, Hamid Juma has arrived in Tunisia.

The Cranes arrived in Tunis Sunday morning from Dubai, United Arab Emirates where they were held up for several hours due to bad weather.

Bad weather in Dubai forced the flight crew to fly to Doha as a safety measure where the Uganda Cranes spent the night.

Uganda Cranes is scheduled to play friendly matches against Tunisia, Slovakia and Ivory Coast before flying to Gabon for the Total AFCON Finals 2017. Uganda is in group D with Ghana, Egypt and Mali.
