KAMPALA - Five grade one magisterial courts were built last year, the Chief Registrar, Stephen Musota, has said. Musota said this would bring judicial services nearer to the people and make delivery of justice more effective. He said more courts had been put up with funds from DANIDA, a Danish development agency, in an attempt to improve human rights and democratisation. The newly-built courts are Katakwi, Adjumani, Apac, Makindye and Nakawa chief magistrate's court. Ends.
