News podcast: Tumukunde promises to uplift Northern Uganda

Presidential candidate, Gen Henry Tumukunde has promised to develop Northern Uganda to match other parts of Uganda. Tumukunde says development in that part of the country has lagged behind because the government has not prioritised the region.
