Forum for Democratic Change Presidential Aspirant Eng. Patrick Amuriat is expected to launch his manifesto in Hoima in Bunyoro region on Thursday.

Sources in the FDC confirmed to the New Vision that former party flag bearer Kizza Besigye and other party officials were expected to grace the manifesto launch.

It will be the first time Besigye who ran four times against the incumbent President Yoweri Museveni will be publicly joining the party presidential candidate Amuriat on the campaign trail.

Party sources noted that there was heavy security deployment on the streets in Hoima city with both military and anti-riot stationed and some roads like Kabalega road closed.
