President Yoweri Museveni will Wednesday take a break off the campaign trail, and his rivals for the country's top seat Patrick Amuriat and Robert Kyagulanyi will be heading to Bunyoro, as Henry Tumukunde goes to West Nile.

Kyagulanyi, of the National Unity Platform (NUP) is expected in Kagadi, Kibaale, Hoima and Kakumiro; after days in Toro and Kasese areas.

Patrick Amuriat of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) will be expected in Kiryandongo and Masindi.

Tumukunde, an Independent is scheduled to be in Yumbe, Adjumani, Obongi and Arua.

Nobert Mao of the Democratic Party (DP) will be in Omoro, according to the Programme shared by his team. 

Independents; John Katumba is scheduled to be in Tororo and Busia, Willy Mayambala in Kabarole and Ntoroko, Joseph Kabuleta in Mbale and Sironko and Nancy Kalembe in Adjumani and Nebbi.

The schedules are as per the guidelines of the programme they set with the Electoral Commission (EC).

There are 11 candidates in the race for the country's top seat, and the elections are set to be held on January 14, 2020.
