Persons with disabilities want govt to fulfill pledges

Nov 23, 2020

Members of  Parliament representing persons with disabilities have decried the unfulfilled promises by the president to persons with disabilities which are making it hard for them to seek votes from the electorate.

The Member of Parliament representing persons with disabilities Central region, Alex Ndeezi says the president in his manifesto promised to construct a school for people with disabilities in each region but so far only two schools have been constructed.

He says wherever they go, voters are demanding these pledges and they have no answers for these unfulfilled promises.
