On arrival at Pakele town council, Amuriat supporters were briefly treated to teargas for crowding. The Police dispersed them because they were not following the COVID-19 guidelines which emphasise social distancing and limiting crowds to only 200 people. However, Amuriat insisted on speaking to his supporters, prompting Police to fire teargas and disperse the crowds.
