Nakalema started summoning all the people mentioned by the group to help in further investigations.

Presidential advisor on Kampala affairs cum Golden band singer, Catherine Kusaasira and City Pastor Franklin Mondo Mugisha of the Empowerment Christian Centre Church International spent Tuesday, November 17, morning at the State House Anticorruption Unit (SHACU).

The duo was summoned by the unit head, Lt. Col. Edith Nakalema to help with investigations relating to the alleged fraud of sh4.5b by Pastor Sirajje Ssemanda of the Bombo-based Revival Church.

After listening to testimonies from ten pastors, bishops and school directors at her office, Nakalema started summoning all the people mentioned by the group to help in further investigations.

Earlier on Monday afternoon, Nakalema summoned Dr Hillary Musoke alias Kisanja, a presidential advisor and Robert Rwakandere, as well as statehouse employees who were on Monday, quizzed, in connection with the scam.

Kusaasira told New Vision that she was in Gulu where she was part of President Yoweri Museveni campaign trail and had to travel in the night to reach Kampala on time. She reported to the office at 7:00 am and was later joined by Mondo and other people.

Nakalema also asked a senior commissioner of police to summon Commissioner Mate attached to Naguru police headquarters, who is also mentioned in the saga.
