Students are graduating in the absence of their parents. In a bid to adhere to the ministry of health  Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), parents were denied attendance.

Adrian Ndemere, the ACCT founding director faults the delayed graduation on government. He said government paid a deaf ear to issues of private institutions.

He said they are facing a rough time due to the COVID-19 pandemic but the government has failed to avail any assistance.

Ndemere adds that the government directive to have them pay staff salaries when they were not working was just an act of teasing since they had no source of finance.

He has appealed to government to give private institutions tax breaks because they have registered losses.
