At the same function, the Principal Judge, Dr Flavian Zeija, cautioned the new UBOS board against only attending meetings to sign for money without contributing developmental ideas.

"I don't expect you to attend meetings to only sign for money. Read and ask important questions. Do not fear to even ask what you think are silly questions," Zeije said shortly after swearing in the new board members.

Bahati asked the members to work hard in the three years of appointment so that their contracts are renewed.
