CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, is an oil and gas exploration and production company, and Operator of the Kingfisher Discovery Area located in Kikuube District, in the Albertine.

CNOOC invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible bidders to provide the products listed below:
• Lot 1: Bulky AGO/Diesel delivered to the Albertine;
• Lot 2: AGO/Diesel and Premium consumed on supplier cards from any petrol station in Uganda;
