Lydia Batuuka, the director Jabez Events says the way you serve your clients makes them either come back or go to your competitors.

"So it's important that at such a time, you treat your clients well. Give them good customer care. If possible give after sales services. This is one way you can market yourself to them," she explains.

Batuuka says most times business owners fail to take records of their businesses, but that is not right. Records help you know how your business is doing. They help you know if you are making loses or profits.

She adds that in case you need a financial boast inform of a loan, your records can be used to grant you a loan.
