AGONY: She earns more; I foot all bills

My wife and I are both employed but she earns more than me. She says it is double my pay, but I think it is a lot more. 

However, when it comes to running the home, she leaves all the responsibilities to me yet I am also trying to save up to buy land so that I can build a home for us.  I have tried to talk to her about sharing the bills but she says it is a man's responsibility.

I don't know what to do.

Please help me.
