Amongin, Kinobe step down in NRM vice chairperson race

Two candidates who have been vying for the position of the Second National Vice Chairperson of the ruling NRM party have stepped down.

Deborah  Kinobe Kyazike  and Jane Francis Amongin have decided to step down to concentrate on other positions of district Woman MP for Mityana and Kaberamaido respectively.

Kyazike told members during the scientific campaigns at the party headquarters that the electorates advised her to concentrate on winning the parliamentary seat.
Relatedly Jane Francis Amongin said that she desires party cohesion.
