NRM MP nominations start today

The ruling NRM party will start nominating flag bearers for positions of members of parliament and district chairpersons' today (Saturday August 8, 2020).

The party electoral boss Dr Tanga Odoi said the programme, which was supposed to start on Monday, has been adjusted due to changes in the dates for the party delegates conference.

Odoi added that they are starting with members from Western and Eastern regions.

He, however, reminded aspirants to follow the COVID 19 standard operating procedures but carrying a COVID-19 certificate is not mandatory.
