City arcades remain closed

After KACITA vowed to reopen the arcades, they remain closed this morning

Yesterday, Monday July 13,  traders under their umbrella body, Kampala City Traders Association (KACITA) announced the re-openning of their shops in the various city arcades, even before  government could allow them. This morning, most shops remain closed.
