KAMPALA - A top Internal Security Organisation (ISO) operative arrested last week is accused of being at the centre of forging intelligence reports.

The operative is at the centre of several investigations by the joint team from the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) and Special Forces Command (SFC), following his arrest on Monday last week.

Saturday Vision has learnt that both CMI and SFC operatives had recovered vital information detailing doctored intelligence reports that were reportedly being used to blackmail and extort money from different government institutions and private business entities, including banks and telecom companies. Also targeted were influential businessmen and politicians.
