AGONY: My husband sexually starves me

AGONY   RELATIONSHIPS  MARRIAGE 

I have been married to my husband for four years. All was well until he was transferred to work in western Uganda, leaving me in the north, where we met.

After being transferred, he would return home once in a month but towards the end of 2018, he changed. He now takes six to eight months without coming to see us. 

I have never gone to his workplace. Whenever I request to visit him, he does not permit me.

I suspect that he might be having another woman in his life.

I am faithful to my husband but I think he takes me for granted.

My husband is a responsible man. He sends our upkeep and rent in time. 

When I gave birth to our daughter, he immediately took me back to school. He even took my sister back to school.

My husband insists that he loves me but whenever I insist on visiting him, he calls me unappreciative. 

I am sexually starved but he has failed to understand my feelings and yet I do not want to cheat on him.

Am I just desperate? What should I do? Please advise me.
